Sub tree management

With the new sub tree management system Smartsite iXperion can look up if an item is a descendant of a particular folder without hitting the database or recursive lookups. A sub tree is uniquely defined by a single folder in the site hierarchy. Sub trees can be nested indefinitely and an item is a member of all sub trees above it. Every site has at least one sub tree: the site root item.
