Starting with 1.4b3, the debug settings DebugIncludes has been added. If enabled, the Javascript and CSS includes are no longer grouped by the Includes Aggregator in a single file and the included files are no longer minified. Enabling this feature helps you to debug Javascript or CSS problems.
