Manage Thesauri is an action which gives an overview of the Thesauri and the Thesauri-related objects Tree types, Termdata types and Relation types.

When you select a thesaurus, click the Edit terms button to open a library containing the thesaurus terms for the select thesaurus and manage the terms from there (add, edit, delete).

The Edit button will open an edit action, which depends on the selected object type (Thesaurus, Relation type, Termdata type or Tree type). To add one of these object types, click the appropiate Add button (click the arrow symbol to the right to get access to all the Add buttons).

The details shown on the right also depends on the object type of the selected record. For a thesaurus, the details include the number of terms within the Thesaurus, as well as the number of times these terms are in use within content items.

Click the Delete button when you want to delete a thesaurus. A confirmation will be shown first, informing you about the number of terms which are in use.

The same applies e.g. to when deleting a relation type.
