Edit terms

When you select the Edit terms button within the Manage Thesauri action, this action is opened.

The library shows all the terms which are included within the selected Thesaurus. Select a term to view its details, including the number of times the term is in use.
Use the begin letter filter to filter the result on terms starting with that letter or type in a search term.

Click the Edit or Add button to edit or add a thesaurus term.

Delete

When you want to delete one or more thesaurus terms, select them and click the Delete button. A confirmation will be shown first.

Click Ok to confirm or click Cancel to abort the delete operation.

Details

To view more extensive details for a thesaurus term, including which content items are using the term, select the thesaurus term and click the Details button.

A maximum of 20 content items will be listed here which are using the thesaurus term. Click the Show all items button to open the Contents Library using this thesaurus term as filter.

The item numbers are clickable and will open a content item infobox.
