Hotfix for hiding friendly name of secure items

This hotfix fixes an issue where the friendly url of a secure item was shown if the option EnforceFriendlyUrl is enabled and the user authorised to view the item. This hotfix is released for
- Smartsite 7.1-7.7
- Smartsite iXperion 1.4b14
- Smartsite iXperion 1.4b10
If you have an older version of Smartsite, you must upgrade to a newer version before installing the hotfix. The hotfix is a .DLL file that should be copied to the WWW\Bin folder.
