As of Smartsite 7.8, the Smartsite 7 Manager includes a new AIM scanner implementation, which replaces the AIM scanner of the legacy manager.
It is recommended to use the new AIM scanner. To do so, add an application setting aimscanner.enabled and set its value to true.
