bitly.accesstoken
Smartsite 7.9 - ...
When you want to use Bitly url shortening within the Twitter and/or Facebook posts created from the Smartsite manager, you must create a Bitly account and generate an access token for it.
The generated access token should then be added as app setting bitly.accesstoken to the web.config, before you can enable using Bitly url shortening (the app settings twitter.usebitly and facebook.usebitly respectively).
Notice: This functionality is available as of Smartsite release 8.0.
