Dropping Hasp licensing

Important!
New license configuration file needed
As of Smartsite 7.2, we no longer use Hasp to validate your license file. Your license file is now validated by Smartsite in a different way, which is known as a corporate license. This mechanism already existed for many years and was used in cases where Hasp was not an option.
With Smartsite 7.2, everybody now uses the corporate license. This means that you before you upgrade to Smartsite 7.2, you need to get a corporate license file from Seneca for your server.
Note that the Hasp .dll is still shipped with the old manager (COM code) for binary compatibility but it is no longer in use.
After installing Smartsite 7.2, you can stop the Sentinal Hasp service. It is no longer needed.
