Use item title as link text

Links to Smartsite items created in TinyMCE can now use the item's title as the link text. 

In the editor, the link will be displayed as the currently active title of the item. When saved the inner text will be replaced by an { itemdata.name() } viper.

When creating a new link through one of the sub-actions without any text selected in the editor, the title as link checkbox will be set. If there is text selected in the editor, this text will be used as before.

When editing a link in the dialog, the checkbox will be displayed if the Url field looks like an item reference. I.e. the field contains only digits, upper case letters, underscores (_), dahses (-) and dots (.).
