SCMS013011 Cannot use <se:levelformat> and <se:groupformat> at the same time
Problem
Use are using the <se:levelformat> and <se:groupformat> at the same time in a format parameter which is not allowed.
Resolution
Use either the <se:levelformat> or <se:groupformat> to format you data but not both.
