Configuring SubTrees in a channel

It is possible to control the content published on a channel by using subtrees.

You can either limit the channel data to one or more selected subtrees, or -and this is the opposite- exclude one ore more subtrees from the channel.

An updated version of the stored procedure pr_RebuildChannelViews adds the subtree filtering to the generated channel views.
