Adds a PDF command
<add type="Smartsite.Pdf.Commands.PdfCommand, Smartsite.Pdf" enabled="true"> ... </add>
The full name of the .NET type implementing interface IPdfCommand. The full name must include the assembly name.
Indicates whether the command is enabled or disabled.
