<contenttypemappings> element
Contains mappings between contenttypes and file-extensions.
These mappings are used to determine which contenttype must be used for which file-extension, whenever a new Asset Item is added to the cms.
Within the contenttypemappings element, one or more group elements should be used to create a set of contenttype mappings. The name of a group is then used to refer to a set of contenttype mappings from an assetfolder/configuration element.
