Problem
In the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) client section there is a Windows user account defined that does not appear in the list of Windows user accounts.
Resolution
The defined value of the Windows user account in the identity/userPrincipalName element must exist in the list of Windows user accounts.
Either add the user account or update the WCF client identity. The configuration editor does not provide an editor updating WCF client identities. Updating the WCF client identity requires a manual update of the web.config.
