AIM improvements in Smartsite iXperion 1.4

We have made an extensive effort to make AIM processing faster, less intrusive and more complete.

Steps taken in this process include:

• A completely new AIM rendertemplate, which has better error handling and reporting.
• New options in the NoAim macro.
• A number of internal fixes to the AIM aware macros and vipers.
• Full AIM awareness of SmartInstant custom rendering techniques.
• AIM awareness in new concepts such as explicit Translation scoping, Smartlet Presets, etc..
• Big performance boost in the AIM background processing in the CMS: full AIM scanning can now be 5x faster!
• Fatal error recovery in AIM background process.
• Enhancements in the System Panel AIM tab.
• Fix in reciprocal content relation scanning (could cause AIM scanning never to terminate).
• EmbedUri effectuated the request in AIM mode, whereas it should only add the reference.
